Description
The residence has been renovated and a dormer and solar heating system were added. Also the dwelling was exteded with a volume housing a new living and kitchen. For this new volume, the relation with the garden was most important. The glazing facades are protected against the summer sun by a large overhang. Lamineted wooden beams dominate the structure of the interieur. The glass facades continue between the beams to maximise the diverting movement towards the exterior.A skewed colomn on the corner amplifies this movement.
